God made me a trainer. I have always wanted to help people my entire life. As a young child I was very sickly and told my parents I wanted to be a doctor so I could help people feel better.
While I was in college I decided to go into law enforcement, again with the belief that I could make the world a better place. The Lord showed me this was not my calling. Unfortunately I was so hard headed it required poor health and a heart attack to do so. What inspires you?
You do. No not the one who asked the question but you reading this. Whatever your reason is, it has to do with you wanting to be better. I wake up everyday to help you with that. If I can help one person go through the dramatic life change that I did, then I can call my life successful.
My failures are my strengths. When a bone breaks, it grows back stronger. My mind, body and spirit have been broken and what did not kill me has made me stronger. I am sympathetic and empathetic to the struggles of life but driven to help those struggling to persevere.
Nutrition is everything Originally working with Integrity Training Systems as a client my only goal was to lose 100 pounds. I did that. There is no way I could have done with without proper nutrition. Beyond the physical aspects of proper nutrition there is also the less talked about neurological aspects. I suffer from multiple mental disorders such as depression, anxiety and even bi-polar. When I lock my food down, and eat what I am supposed to, these symptoms dissipate without the use of medication.
