The best part about our facility - it’s only open by appointment for our personal training clients. This means you will know exactly how to use the equipment to build strength and stamina. It also means it’s never overcrowded, and you’ll never have to wait for equipment.

While being a personal training client is required to use our gym, you can still use it on days when you don’t have a personal trainer scheduled, just make an appointment.

Our primary facility is located in O’Fallon, Missouri. For your convenience we also have a training facility in Clayton, MO.
