Consuming Dairy on the Ketogenic Cleanse

This is a great explanation by Maria Emmerich on why to leave dairy out. I always keep my clients off dairy for a minimum of 45 days if not 60. Goat cheese is my first attempt and then grass fed butter if necessary. Very few people tolerate it well. Get it out of your system first and then try it. You might be surprised how much it was effecting you. Down the road if you try it and feel clear you can add it as part of a keto adapted lifestyle. Out of 10 clients I meet I might have 2 that tolerate dairy well.
