O'Fallon

God made me a trainer.

I have always wanted to help people my entire life. As a young child I was sickly and told my parents I wanted to be a doctor so I could help people feel better. Fast forward to college, I knew I still wanted to help people, but I decided to go into law enforcement. With the belief that I could make the world a better place. The Lord showed me this was not my calling. Unfortunately, I was so hard headed it required poor health and a heart attack to do so. That led me to become a trainer.

What inspires you? You do.

Whatever your reason is, it has to do with you wanting to be better. I wake up everyday to help you with that. If I can help one person go through the dramatic life change that I did, then I can call my life successful. My failures are my strengths. When a bone breaks, it grows back stronger. My mind, body and spirit have been broken and what did not kill me has made me stronger. I am sympathetic and empathetic to the struggles of life but driven to help those struggling to persevere.

Nutrition is everything. Originally working with Integrity Training Systems as a client my only goal was to lose 100 pounds. I did that. There is no way I could have done it with without proper nutrition. Beyond the physical aspects of proper nutrition there is also the less talked about neurological aspects. Proper nutrition and exercise can help you overcome depression, anxiety and more.

I'd love to help you learn what proper diet and exercise can do for your life!
