Nutrition and fitness have been a part of my life since I can remember. As a toddler, my mother would take me to a personal training gym while she worked out, and I was always trying to mimic her or run on the track. My mother always encouraged me to learn, and she is an amazing teacher. She taught me the benefits of eating clean and working out from a very young age.

When I was 7, I found martial arts, and I have been training brazilian jiu jitsu ever since. I started weight training at 14 so I could improve my strength for competition, and I went on to win the World Championships when I was 16. I have been blessed with the opportunity to compete against talented people across the world.

I started my coaching career in jiu jitsu over 6 years ago, and I am still currently coaching at my academy. Coaching students, from 4-year-olds to 60-year-olds, has taught me a great deal about patience, creativity, and confidence. This is where my love for helping others reach their health goals was born. I love seeing someone accomplish their goals! I love watching their journey. It is not just physical, but mental, emotional, and spiritual. I have seen so many grow confident and strong through jiu jitsu. Seeing someone reach their big goals through hard work is the most fulfilling thing as a coach. This brought me to pursuing my goals of helping people with their health at Lindenwood University in 2019. I graduated in 2022 with my Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science with a double minor in Nutrition and Strength & Conditioning.

I also found Integrity Training Systems in 2019. My jiu jitsu team was being trained by John and Debbie Morris. I have learned so much from them. They are amazing people and trainers! I felt so welcomed not only by them, but by all the trainers! They have helped me learn how to push myself to another level and encourage me as I went through some setbacks.

I give the Lord all the credit for everything that He has done to get me at this point. I am thankful for the strong and healthy body that He has entrusted me with to take care of. I am thankful for the many opportunities He presents to me and guides me through.

My goal as a personal trainer is to help you reach your goals. I desire to help you achieve your full potential! I want to encourage you, teach you, and grow along side with you!
